Yes, Riggs, funny you should notice that, it is.
While I may not personally approve of Dershowitz being part of the OJ Simpson get-the-murderer-off team, that is the way our justice system works.
Anyway, I happened to find Dershowitz' comments on Rehnquist enlightening.
I've found Dershowitz to be selective in the rights he likes to defend. If I'm not mistaken, he wrote a piece defending the torture of POWs from the "War on Terror."
Actually Dershowitz was on Hanity and Colmbs after Rehnquist died.
DD, I had not been aware of Dershowitz' stand on torture until now. I just researched it and obviously it has been a big thing, so I should have known about it. Oops. I still like his Rehnquist obituary, however, even if there is an element of hypocrisy.

Skeeter, good point. Rehnquist was also one of the 3 dissenters in the medical marijuana case in June.

Well, maybe he wrote that first and then those people invited him onto their show on Fox to prove him wrong.
